Paid Media Manager (B2B)


Sticky Click is a boutique digital marketing agency known for its close partnerships with clients, integrated, full-service abilities, and speed. As a small agency, we offer the unique opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team and play a significant role in shaping our paid media strategies. A team of 6, we offer end-to-end digital services as well as creative production in-house.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Media Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the paid media strategy and channels for up to 6 clients. The ideal candidate will have direct hands-on experience in building, managing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Experience in B2B marketing is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable results.Manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Utilize Looker Studio for detailed reporting and insights, ensuring data-driven decisions are at the core of all campaign strategies.
  • Maintain direct communication with clients, leading calls and presentations to discuss strategies, progress, and results.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sticky Click team to integrate paid media strategies with broader marketing efforts.
  • Continuously explore new platforms and technologies to enhance campaign performance and achieve client goals.
  • Foster strong client relationships, understanding their business challenges and objectives to improve their experience with Sticky Click.


  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and the ability to tailor campaigns to business audiences.
  • Proficiency in Looker Studio for campaign reporting and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead client calls and discussions.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, capable of working in a close-knit environment and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
  • A self-starter who can take ownership of projects and drive results for clients.
